Serious competitors only

Practices will be 2-3 days per week, starting in late October through end of March

Additionally, Comp team athletes should complete 2-3 days of training per week on their own

Race suit, dedicated skimo race skis and boots required

*all Comp team athletes will need a USA Skimo License 

*Athletes are responsible for race registration fees, travel and lodging expenses at races other than the Tuesday Night races
